* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We do not move furniture, however we strive to reach visible places either by hand or extension duster.
** We cannot guarantee the removal of severe soap scum or hard water buildup. If you have problems with either of these, harsher chemicals may need to be provided by the client.
